How our approval process works
Getting listed on FindAMotorPro isn't automatic. Every specialist goes through a structured review before they're approved.
Application submitted
Specialists apply to join the directory and provide their business details, trading address, contact information, and relevant qualifications or accreditations.
Credentials verified
Our team checks Companies House records, VAT registration where applicable, and any industry body memberships (such as IMI, RMI, or NBRA) to confirm the business is legitimate and properly qualified.
Quality assessment
We review existing customer feedback from third-party platforms, check for any upheld complaints or trading standards issues, and assess the overall quality and professionalism of the business.
Approved and listed
Businesses that pass all checks are approved, assigned their badge, and listed in the directory. Their profile goes live and they can begin receiving enquiries from drivers.
Ongoing monitoring
Approved specialists are subject to continuous monitoring. Verified reviews are collected, complaints are investigated, and any business that no longer meets our standards is suspended or removed.
